An online survey was conducted at the beginning of 2022 to get a rating/perception of member agencies towards the association. The summary of the survey is as follows:

- How relevant were the programs to your needs as an agency? Somewhat relevant 51.61%
- Are there recommendations of programs you want the association to focus on in 2022? Programmes relevant to agency business
- Are your Clients complying with AISOP rules? Yes 93% No 07%
- Is the Association doing enough in terms of engaging members? A moderate amount 48.39%
